I didn’t feel like going to the gym, but I have this scoring system that helps me stay consistent.
I score myself out of 5 for every gym session:
0/5: Missed session
3/5: Went, but wasn’t at full intensity (like this morning, where I did low-intensity cardio instead of heavy weights).
5/5: Destroyed it.
So, let’s say I plan to go 5 times this week. My max score would be 25. I aim for anything above 15, that way I don’t feel guilty, but it still motivates me to stay consistent.
