Yesterday tested me.
A two-hour drive each way to Birmingham for a mastermind session.
Most people would’ve called that a long day.
I called it an opportunity.
So I woke up extra early and did my fasted cardio before I even set off.
Then, after four hours of driving, several hours of deep strategy, and a full day of learning…
I got back home — and went straight to the gym for my weights session.
Not because I had to.
Because I said I would.
See, the difference between average and exceptional isn’t talent.
It’s the ability to keep your promises to yourself when no one’s watching.
You either have:
- Reasons or results.
- Stories or success.
- Excuses or excellence.
Every day you get to choose which one defines you.
