You know when someone copies your homework and just changes a few words?
Yeah, that’s happening to me. A lot.
Some people literally sit there at night looking at my posts like they’re studying for a test.
Then next week… surprise! My post is back. But with their name on it.
Same idea. Same picture. Same everything.
Just a bit rubbish.
It’s like when your little brother copies your Lego build but his one falls apart.
Here’s the thing though — I don’t really mind.
If people copy you, it means you’re good at what you do.
But they can steal my images and my content all day long…
They can’t steal what’s actually in my brain.
They see a post. I see all the stuff I learned to make that post.
They see an image. I see the 20 odd years of mess-ups that taught me how to make it.
That’s the bit they can’t copy.
So if someone’s nicked your idea and stuck their name on it… don’t worry.
Just keep making new stuff.
Because while they’re busy copying your old thing, you’re already making something better.
To the copiers:
We see you. We know what you’re doing.
If you’re gonna steal, at least make it good.
Otherwise you just look silly.
