A family member recently advised me to take it easy, that I was going overboard on work and health.

Most people settle for mediocrity.

And then they dress it up as “balance”.

But here’s the truth:

You don’t build abs, businesses, or authority by being balanced. You build them by being obsessed.

Count your calories like you count your cashflow.

Hit your 300g of protein like you hit your weekly KPIs.

Wake up early when the “average” are still pressing snooze.

Train through the rain the same way you push through rejections.

Study when Netflix would be easier.

Build your business when others are building excuses.

Say no to drinks, yes to discipline.

Those who’ve already given up on life won’t understand this level of obsession.

They’ll call it “extreme.” They’ll call it “unhealthy.”

But they’ll be the same ones quietly resenting the fact that you got the six-pack, the thriving clinic, and the freedom they wanted.

Kobe Bryant used to wake up at 4am and train 4 times a day while his competitors were still sleeping.

That’s why he became a legend — while most people are still hitting snooze.

The same applies to your aesthetics clinic, your career, and your body.

Obsessed wins. Excuses lose.
